While serving our clients over the past decade, we kept seeing the same situation arise time and time again: our clients would find a potential home, go through the entire process of making an offer, having the offer accepted, and hiring us to inspect the home only to discover issues which made them realize that their search for their dream home was not at an end. Some clients hired us to inspect two, or three properties until they found a home that was truly a fit for them. This cost them time and money and was often a source of frustration and disappointment!
Although our home inspections were geared toward client education as well as discovery, we felt that we wanted to do more to empower first time homebuyers in a way that will give them knowledge, confidence and save them time and money. We also felt very strongly that we want to reach a broader audience, thereby being able to help more than just one person, one couple or one family at a time. We have an idea for an exciting new project that would allow us to be able to achieve this, and we want to make sure that it is tailored exactly to folks like you; first time homebuyers, first time homeowners and also those of you who are in the market for a second home.
