I am a fully insured, licensed New York State & Connecticut Home inspector and a certified member in good standing of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Not all home inspectors are created equal. I am very passionate about home inspections and continually strive to be the the very best by attaining ongoing education in my field well beyond what is required by the State of New York, Connecticut and InterNACHI.

I work exclusively for you, the client. I will never rush you through an inspection and will do my very best to inspect every nook and cranny of your new home as if I am purchasing it for my own family. I am not afraid to get dirty and inspect the dark, dingy crawlspaces, hot, dusty attics and I walk upon most roofs. I will provide you with a clear, easy to read, photo-driven report, with an average of over 200 photos and illustrations. Although I abide by NYS, CT and InterNACHI Standards Of Practice, my inspections go above and beyond the minimum requirements, right down to squeaky floors and loose door knobs.
